Ida-Louise, Owner and Stylist of Pink Scissors, started in the hairdressing industry in 2002. After finishing her studies and working in-salon for four years, she opted for a new adventure when she relocated to Cape Town and worked in an upmarket salon in Sea Point. She then stretched herself and worked as an Educator/Technician for industry leading brands Goldwell and KMS California for 4 years where she worked with international artist and got in-depth training on Colour and product knowledge

This is where Pink Scissors was born, she opened a small salon in the upmarket area of Claremont in Cape Town, where after she came back North and is now working out of a salon in Clubview Centurion.

She has a passion for good quality professional only products and hair and will never compromise the condition of her client’s hair. She believes in a five step program when it comes to any service in the salon:
